The Office of the Registrar is responsible for maintaining the academic records of all current and former students, and for upholding the academic policy set by the faculty. Above all, we aspire to serve each of our constituents with courteous and efficient assistance.

AUGUST

Friday August 25: Convocation, 3:30 pm, Alumni Sports & Fitness Center (ASFC)

Wednesday August 30: First day of classes, 8:00 am

SEPTEMBER

Wednesday Sept. 6: Deadline to add a class including Independent Study, Directed Reading, Tutorial, or Internship for Credit

Wednesday, Sept. 13: Deadline to withdraw from a course without record

Monday October 23 - Friday November 3: Advising Period for Spring 2024 registration

NOVEMBER

Monday November 6: Registration opens at 11:00 pm for Class of 2024

Tuesday November 7: Registration opens at 11:00 pm for Class of 2025

Wednesday November 8: Registration opens at 11:00 pm for Class of 2026

Thursday November 9: Registration opens at 11:00 pm for Class of 2027

Monday November 13: Add/Drop opens, 11:00 pm

Tuesday November 28: Pass/No Pass grading option or Withdraw with Record deadline, 4:30 pm

DECEMBER

Friday December 8: Last day of classes

Saturday December 9 - Tuesday December 12: Reading Days

Wednesday December 13 - Sunday December 17: Final Exam Period
